Spacek Labs Wide Bandpass Filter or “Combo Filter” uses a high pass filter along with a low pass filter to produce a bandpass filter that eliminates harmonic resonances outside the passband. The filters can be designed for extremely high rejection levels, up to 100 dB. For filtering out unwanted harmonics of a multiplied local oscillator or for enhancing channel isolation on a transceiver, these filters are an excellent choice. For tight space requirements the length of the filters can be reduced by machining the low pass filter directly inside the high pass filter. |
